  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (Continental US)

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (Continental US)
    Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • For all shipments outside the continental United States; it may take up to 30 days for delivery depending on location. Please check with us regarding delivery times.

3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your order’s size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. You'll see the final shipping cost at checkout.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package in real time.

6. Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. 

7. What should I do if my package is delayed or missing?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us. We’ll assist you in locating your package.

8. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Contact us as soon as possible with the correct details.

9. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
Carriers may leave a notice, reattempt delivery, or leave the package in a secure location. In some cases, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup.

10. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping methods. Express options may not be available for these addresses. For APO/FPO addresses, it may take longer for delivery.

We ship daily from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Our shipping hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, so you can rest assured that your orders will be processed during these times. We strive to get your fragrances and beauty products to you as soon as we can, so you can enjoy them.
